Competition where you learned the most from.
It was a little competition from club. I was ready for the meet, but I just didn't really want to be there. My head wasn't in it and I was going through the motions. I wasn't nervous and I was just expecting to hit my routines, but I had a terrible competition. I learned that no matter how good/prepared you are, if you are not excited or mentally ready for the competition, you will not preform your best.

What is the hardest thing about gymnastics?
The mental aspect of gymnastics is challenging because you have to be focused 100% of the time but you can't over think your skills. You have to know when to turn your brain off and just let your body take over.

What is your favorite event to compete?
Vault

What is the most exciting competition you have ever been apart of?
Senior Night last year! I was out with my Achilles injury so I didn't get to compete, but it was the meet where everything kind of clicked for us and it was a lot of fun! I think it was because we were having fun and just going out with confidence that made it such an amazing night!

Ruptured Achilles (Haven't quite overcome it yet, but I'm working on it)
