The Sun Devil Academic, Career, Entrepreneurial, & Sports (ACES) Program aims to connect student-athletes to professional guides so they may gain perspective, tangible transferrable skills, and support on their journeys through college to career. Students and professional guides are matched based on the student's interest in career track and industry. Professional guides will serve as advisors and mentors to the student-athletes, helping them to network, develop connections, and secure employment.
Responsibilities:Guides and students will be paired based on the student's interest in one of four career track areas: traditional careers, graduate school, coaching, or entrepreneurship.
Guides will assist students with program goals, application process, training, topics (GRE, sample resumes, business plans, etc.), monitoring, and recognition. Both guides and student will report outcomes of meetings.
