MARICOPA, Ariz. -- The Sun Devil Caravan continued its 2016 tour with a visit to Maricopa on Tuesday. Sun Devil Athletics head coaches Todd Graham (football), Bobby Hurley (men’s basketball) and Charli Turner Thorne (women’s basketball) along with student-athletes, 942 Crew members and the ASU Marching Band participated in the festivities.

The day commenced with a Sparky’s Tour youth education assembly at Butterfield Elementary where the Sun Devil student-athletes interacted with children and taught the value of personal character and healthy living. The program focused on the six character traits using the acronym S.P.A.R.K.Y. - Self-discipline, Positive, Active, Respect, Knowledge and Yourself.
