INDIANAPOLIS—For the second straight year, the Arizona State wrestling team will send six wrestlers to the NCAA Championships, the NCAA announced on Tuesday.

The NCAA Championships is scheduled for March 17-19 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The official brackets and seeds will be announced on Wednesday, March 9, at 4 p.m. MT/6 p.m. ET during the selection show on NCAA.com.

ASU’s delegation to the national meet includes four-time qualifier and 2015 All-American Blake Stauffer (184 pounds), two-time qualifier Matt Kraus (149 pounds), and first-time qualifiers Dalton Brady (133 pounds), Robbie Mathers (141 pounds), Josh DaSilveira (197 pounds), and Tanner Hall (heavyweight).

Each of the six qualifiers earned their spots by their finish at the Pac-12 Championships, held on Saturday, Feb. 27, at Wells Fargo Arena in Tempe.

Brady, Stauffer, and DaSilveira earned automatic bids when they won the conference title at their respective weight classes. The wins marked the first Pac-12 title in Brady and DaSilveira’s careers, and the second straight Pac-12 title for Stauffer.

Kraus finished as Pac-12 runner up at 149 pounds, while Mathers and Hall took third at 141 pounds and heavyweight, respectively, earning the other bids allocated by the NCAA to the Pac-12 at those weights.
