TEMPE -- It was far from the case of the Monday's for the Arizona State women's tennis team, as they swept through their doubleheader against Northern Arizona and Montana at Whiteman Tennis Center.

"It is rare, we haven't played that many in a day," said head coach Sheila McInerney. "We didn't have any dates left and Montana was in town and really wanted to play us. It worked out well. Sometimes you can play even better the second match once you have that first one under your belt. As long as it isn't too grueling, which this morning wasn't."

Match one against the Lumberjacks, which started at 10 a.m. PT, ended in a 4-0 victory for the No. 19 Sun Devils. The match was clinch/clinch, which means once a team wins two of the three doubles and gets to four points overall, the match will end. This helped the Devils stay fresh and relaxed prior to game two.

Junior Kassidy Jump and doubles partner Sammi Hampton won their 11th- and 12th-straight game together, clinching the doubles point in both matches for ASU.

Senior Desirae Krawczyk -- currently ranked No. 24 -- rolled through both of her singles matches, never trailing in route to 6-0, 6-2 and 6-1, 6-0 victories for her 92nd and 93rd overall wins as a Sun Devil.

No. 66 Kassidy Jump also won both of her matches with ease, breezing to 6-2, 6-1 and 6-2, 6-2 wins.

In the second match against Montana, senior Stephanie Vlad and junior Gussie O'Sullivan never lost a game, winning all 12 points in their straight-set victories on courts four and five, respectively. This helped the Devils earn a 7-0 victory over the Grizzlies in match two of the day.

Senior Ebony Panoho had her first match abandoned due to clinch/clinch, but moved her win streak to five-straight in singles after defeating Hannah Sulz of Montana 6-0, 6-2.

While the Devils may not have met their match this weekend, they will return to Pac-12 play next week for senior weekend against No. 52 Washington and No. 55 Washington State on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Coach McInerney calls both of the Washington schools underrated and under-ranked.

"It's an important weekend because Washington & Washington State both need to probably beat us to get into the tournament," said McInerney. "So we're going to see the best from both teams. Washington's doubles are really strong and probably the best we're going to face all year. I think they've only lost one all season. We're going to have to be ready for that. They are as tough of matches as we've had at home this year."

Friday's match against the Huskies starts at 1:30 p.m. PT and Saturday's senior day starts at 12 p.m. PT.
