There are still spots available to take part in Sun Devil Softball's annual Holiday Camp set to take place starting Monday, Dec. 28 and running through Tuesday, Dec. 30.

The 2015 Sun Devil Softball Holiday All-Skills Camps are designed with developing softball skills and having fun in mind for athletes in Grades 5-12. These camps are all-skills camps featuring hitting, defense, pitching, catching and base running drills with campers offered the opportunity to take part in any of the skill work they choose.

Each of the Sun Devil softball camps will feature three days of instructions and skill-work at Farrington Stadium that includes 15 hours of quality softball skill instruction from some of the best in the game.

The Holiday camp will run from 2 p.m. through 7 p.m. on Monday, and 11 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Tuesday and 10 a.m. through 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

Campers will be divided into groups by age and assigned a Sun Devil softball student-athlete as their camp counselor.  Each group will have the opportunity to scrimmage against campers of similar age in Farrington Stadium.  Each camper will receive 15 hours of instruction during the camp.  Meals will not be provided, so campers should pack adequate food. Regular breaks will be scheduled for hydration and nutrition.  Camp is open to any and all campers that meet the grade requirements.

Registration will be completed online. The camp fee will be $300 with a six dollar registration fee for a grand total of $306 per camp. Payments will be collected online via E-Check or credit card. Registration can be completed via SunDevilSoftballCamps.com.

The parents of each camper will be required to complete parental/guardian consent and release form that releases Arizona State University from any and all liability for any injuries incurred while at the camp that is not due to ASU’s negligence.  It is recommended that all campers be covered by their parent/guardian health/medical insurance where the organized sports exclusion has been removed.  An ASU trainer will be available on-site to tend to any minor injuries that may take place over the course of the camp.  The release does include a medical release in favor of any attending physician. The release will be signed digitally upon completion of online registration.
