MADISON, Wis.– Down by a goal with an empty net in the waning seconds of the game, Arizona State was unable to get the goal it needed to extend the game and fell to the Wisconsin Badgers, 2-1.

Jordan Masters once again provided the spark for the Sun Devils, evening the score at 1-all in the second period. His team-high fourth goal of the season was also his fourth in as many games.

Freshman Ryland Pashovitz returned to the net after his 51-save outing Friday night and turned in a fantastic performance. He limited the Badgers to only a pair of goals and made 36 saves, giving him 86 in the two games in Madison. He has started the last three games for the Sun Devils.

ASU takes next weekend off before traveling to Lake Superior State for two games Nov. 13-14. The Sun Devils play their next home games Dec. 4-5 at Oceanside Ice Arena.
