TEMPE, Ariz.—For the second straight year, Arizona State University and Sun Devil Wrestling will host some of the best wrestlers in the world as USA Wrestling comes to Riches Wrestling Complex for its Men’s Freestyle World Team Training Camp, Aug. 31 to Sept. 4.
Participants include the U.S. men’s freestyle qualifiers to the World Championships, Sept. 7-12, in Las Vegas, Nev., at the Orleans Hotel & Arena. This marks the first time since 2003 that the event has been hosted in the United States and only the sixth time in history that it has been hosted in our country.
This is the final acclimation camp for the eight members of the U.S. men’s freestyle team, before they leave for Las Vegas on September 6.
