ASU: The Sun Devils' top returning wide receiver...electrifying athlete on both offense and special teams...will play wide receiver in addition to returning kicks and punts.

2002: Played in 12 games, starting eight...hauled in 40 receptions for 552 yards (13.8 avg.) and two touchdowns...led the team in punt returns, racking up 158 yards in 22 chances (7.2 avg.), with a season long of 31 yards vs. Stanford...returned 10 kickoffs for 198 yards (19.8 avg.), with a season long of 41 yards against Eastern Washington...rushed four times for 54 yards...had a huge game against California, totaling 247 all-purpose yards on six catches for 163 yards, four kick returns for 51 yards, and five punt returns for 33 yards...had an 85-yard touchdown catch in the Cal game, the longest by a Sun Devil on the year...had a career high eight receptions at Washington State.

2001: Played in eight games as a true freshman, starting one game against Washington State...collected 348 all-purpose yards on the season...caught six passes for 106 yards, averaging 17.7 yards per catch...had a 47-yard reception against San Diego State...had 12 rushing attempts for 110 yards, averaging 9.2 yards per rush...longest carry of the season was for 41 yards against Louisiana-Lafayette...also active in special teams...returned eight punts for 66 yards...longest punt return of the season was 29 yards against San Jose State...returned three kickoffs for 66 yards...longest kickoff return of season was for 24 yards against Washington State.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2001 graduate of Phoenix's Maryvale High School...listed as the No. 3 athlete in the West by PrepStar Magazine...state 5A Player of the Year by Phoenix Metro Magazine...earned five votes in the Long Beach Press-Telegram's "Best In The West" poll...member of the Super 30 All-Western Region by PrepStar...a member of the Fans Only Top 150 players in the nation in the preseason...a 2000 preseason All-America by SuperPrep Magazine...a preseason All-American by PrepStar Magazine...earned first-team Super All-State 2000 on offense by Phoenix Metro Magazine...perhaps the finest player from Arizona in what was considered a great year in the state...three-year starter at tailback and defensive back...ran a 4.4 40 and a 4.15 shuttle and vertical jumped 32 inches at the 2000 Nike Camp...rushed for 1,711 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior.... also caught 32 passes for 687 yards and three touchdowns...added 80 tackles and four interceptions on defense...as a junior, rushed for 1,501 yards on 192 carries, an average of nearly eight yards per carry...also caught 20 passes for 393 yards and one touchdown as a junior and had 25 solo tackles, five interceptions, two recovered fumbles and two tackles for loss...also played defensive back...career numbers are 4,369 yards rushing with 53 touchdowns and 66 receptions for 1,403 yards and eight scores...set the Maryvale school record for touchdowns in a career with 67...career numbers on defense are 145 tackles and 13 interceptions.
