OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 8:00 AM (MT) on 8/23/2001 through 5:00 PM (MT) on 9/21/2001, log on to www.TheSunDevils.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Entries must be received by 5:00 PM (MT) on 9/21/2001. Limit one entry per person/per e-mail address/per home address. Normal time rates, if any, charged by internet service provider will apply.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 9/24/2001 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final. Winners will be notified by phone/mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize - A pair of admission tickets to the 9/29/2001 Arizona State vs. San Jose State football game at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, AZ where winner (or designated representative if winner cannot attend) will have the opportunity to be presented as a Coca-Cola winner in the half time event, a pair of admission tickets and a pair of sideline passes (for the first and second quarters) for the Arizona State vs. Washington football game on 10/27/2001 ($238); (1) First Prize - A pair of admission tickets to the 9/29/2001 Arizona State vs. San Jose State football game at Sun Devil Stadium where winner (or designated representative if winner cannot attend) will have the opportunity to be presented as a Coca-Cola winner in the half time event and four suite tickets to the Arizona State vs. Washington football game on 10/27/2001 at Sun Devil Stadium ($408); (1) Second Prize - A pair of admission tickets to the 9/29/2001 Arizona State vs. San Jose State football game at Sun Devil Stadium where winner (or designated representative if winner cannot attend) will have the opportunity to be presented as a Coca-Cola winner in the half time event and four admission tickets to the Arizona State vs. Arizona football game on 11/23/2001 at Sun Devil Stadium ($168); (3) Third Prizes - $170 worth of Coca-Cola products and merchandise (awarded in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at any participating Basha's store; not redeemable for cash, expires
In the event a winner resides outside of a 150-mile radius of Tempe, AZ, he/she will receive a $150 stipend to cover any travel-related expenses; no additional compensation/transportation will be provided.
4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of the state of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older as of 9/21/2001. Employees of The Coca-Cola Company, its bottlers, Arizona State University, The Sun Devils, FoxSports Arizona, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. All materials submitted become the sole property of The Coca-Cola Company and will not be returned. Winners/representatives must sign a Release of Liability at the ASU game on 9/29/2001, prior to going onto the field for the half time event. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. If a minor (other than winner's child or ward) is selected as a guest for the 10/27/2001 or 11/23/2001 game, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will become one of the allotted number of guests. Prizes must be utilized on dates specified by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due, misdirected mail, or for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in connection with the sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit a user's ability to participate in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of such a dispute or in the event a potential winner entered via internet and a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder and any damage made to the web site will also be the responsibility of the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
5. For names of winners, available after 10/19/2001, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: Coca-Cola/ASU "Football Moments" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 20008, Phoenix, AZ 85036-0008, to be received by 9/21/2001.
