The Cougars became only the ninth opponent in ASU's last 17 games to shoot above 34 percent as they shot 41 percent for the game.

After the Sun Devils took their second and final lead of the game (7-6 with 17:52 remaining in the first half), the Cougars went on an 11-0 run to take control of the contest.

ASU would get within four points, 22-18, however would score only two points the last six-plus minutes of the half and went into the intermission trailing 30-20.

The Sun Devils' fortunes would get no better in the second half as they struggled to get shots to fall.

The Cougars would lead by as many as 24 in the second half, before ASU rallied with a flurry of offense late in the game.

The Sun Devil bench contributed 28 points, the 10th time this season it has scored 25 or more points.

The Sun Devils return to action on Sunday (11 a.m. MT) when they host Washington. The game will be televised live by Pac-12 Networks.
