San Diego Intercollegiate Final Scores
The Arizona State men's golf team closed out the San Diego Intercollegiate with its best round of the tournament on Tuesday, shooting a 6-over 294, as freshman Mathias Schjoelberg had a 1-under 71.
ASU finished at 52-over-916 and in tenth place after a rough second-round put them in a hole. With Schjoelberg having to withdraw in the second round due to back problems, Austin Quick battling the flu and Spencer Fletcher struggling in the first round, the Sun Devil scrambled for a good showing on Tuesday.
Spencer Fletcher ended tied for 40th at 13-over 229 (82-72-75), while freshman Austin Quick tied for 48th with a 15-over 231 (75-79-77). Jin Song also tied for 48th (78-78-75) while freshman David Lowe easily posted his best round of the tournament on Tuesday and had a 2-over 73.
