TEMPE , Ariz. (AP) - Danielle Orsillo had 17 points, five assists and four steals to lead Arizona State past California 57-50 on Saturday, snapping the Golden Bears' five-game winning streak and keeping California from clinching third place in the Pac-10.

Alexis Gray-Lawson had 16 points and seven rebounds for California (17-11, 11-6), which holds a half-game lead over fourth-place Southern California going into the final weekend of the regular season.

Arizona State (17-10, 9-7), which finished the game on a 13-0 run, is a game behind the Trojans with UCLA and Southern Cal left on the schedule.

Becca Tobin added 10 points and 10 rebounds for Arizona State while Gennifer Brandon had 10 points and four rebounds for California . The second-best rebounding team in the conference was outrebounded 42-31.

Down by three, Orsillo drove for a basket with 2:51 left to cut the Bears' lead to 50-49. Gray-Lawson threw up an awkward shot on a drive on the other end and Kayli Murphy put back a miss with 1:50 left to give Arizona State a 51-50 advantage. DeNesha Stallworth missed a shot for California and Orsillo wrestled away the rebound with a minute to go. Her short baseline shot with 37 seconds left put the Sun Devils up by three. Arizona State made four free throws in the final 22 seconds to secure the win.

California , which lost to Arizona State 63-61 on a last-second basket by Orsillo on Jan. 30, had a 50-44 lead with 4:31 after a 22-footer by Gray-Lawson. The Bears missed their last seven shots and didn't score again.

Orsillo scored nine of her points in the first half to help the Sun Devils take a 29-22 advantage at the break. Becca Tobin added a basket right after the second-half tip and then California went on a 17-3 run to get a 39-34 advantage.
