The Arizona State women's tennis team concluded play at the Cal Nike Invitational held in Berkeley California. Two Sun Devils competed in the final day.
The doubles team of Ashlee Brown and Sianna Simmons came out of their round robin doubles match victorious. The duo earned their win 8-5 over Catie Visico and Marina Cossou of California.
Both Brown and Simmons additionally competed in singles matches. Simmons dropped her match 6-0, 6-3 to Bianca Modoc of Fresno State. Brown was forced to retire early, losing to Nelly Radeva of California.
Members of the Sun Devil squad will head to the All American Championships in Los Angeles, Calif., this week.
