*ASU swept Oregon for the first time since 2004-2005 and for the 10th time in its 31-year Pac-10 history with the win Thursday. ASU also swept the Ducks in 1979-80, 1980-81, 1982-83, 1988-89, 1990-91, 1992-93, 2000-01 and in 2004-05. ASU is now 15-16 at McArthur Court, its most road wins against one team in the Pac-10.
*James Harden's 36 points at Oregon on Thursday was the third-most by a Sun Devil in a road game, behind only Eddie House's 61 points at California on Jan. 8, 2000 in a double-overtime win and Paul Williams notching 45 at USC on March 10, 1983.
*ASU shot 16-of-17 (.941) from the foul line at Oregon Thursday, the third-best percentage in ASU history (minimum 15 attempts) and the best in a road game. ASU was perfect in all 19 attempts against Arizona on Feb. 4, 1978 and was 19-of-20 on Feb. 12, 2004, against UCLA.
*ASU has won three straight Pac-10 road games for the first time since the 1995-1996 season and for just the third time in 28 seasons (also did it in 1992-93). It will try and win four straight for the first time since the 1980-81 team won five straight. That team had three starters eventually become NBA first round draft picks in Alton Lister (21st overall pick in 1981), Fat Lever (11th overall pick in 1982) and Byron Scott (fourth overall pick in 1983). ASU is 4-2 in Pac-10 road games on the year. It has won at least five just four times in its 31-year history, with eight in 1980-81, seven in 1979-80 and five in 1994-95 and 1982-83.
*ASU is shooting 79.8 percent from the foul line (95-of-119) in its seven road games.
*ASU is 13-7 in the past two seasons in 10 points or less games after going 4-17 in Herb Sendek's first year.
*ASU held the Ducks to just 17-of-41 (.415) from the floor
*James Harden's 36 points was the most by anyone in a Pac-10 game this year.
*ASU has held the Ducks to 37-of-115 (.322) from the three-point stripe and to 58.5 points per game in the past six outings.
*James Harden has averaged 24.3 points and 5.3 boards against the Ducks in four games. >
