TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Lauren Lacey scored 16 points and Sybil Dosty added 15 as Arizona State held off Southern California 66-63 Sunday in Pac-10 play.
Nadia Parker scored 22 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Southern California (8-5, 1-1).
Dymond Simon hit two free throws with 23 seconds left after Southern California rallied from an eight-point second-half deficit to cut the lead to 62-60 with 1:05 left.
After the free throws, Camille LeNoir was called for traveling after falling while bring the ball upcourt. After Arizona State made 2-of-4 free throws in the final 15 seconds, LeNoir hit a three at the buzzer for the final margin.
The Sun Devils (8-5, 2-0) scored the first 10 points of the second half and then went on an 11-2 run to take a 50-42 lead with 10:10 left in the game. The Trojans, who had won five in a row, got back within two when Aarika Hughes got free for a layup with 1:05 left.
Hailey Dunham added 12 points and four assists for Southern California, who has lost four straight to Arizona State.
The Trojans, who set a school record with 13 3-pointers in Friday's win over Arizona, made just 3-of-15 from outside the arc on Sunday.
Parker and Morghan Medlock combined for 14 first-half points to help the Trojans get out to a 33-22 lead at the break.
The pair scored six points during a 15-2 run that gave Southern Cal a 17-8 advantage with 10:10 left in the first half.
The Trojans didn't commit a turnover for the first 11 minutes and scored 12 points off 14 Sun Devil turnovers in the first half.
