CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) -Yvenson Bernard rushed for two touchdowns, Matt Moore accounted for two scores and Oregon State beat Arizona State 44-10 Saturday.

The Beavers scored on their first five possessions and showed no signs of any letdown coming off their upset win over Southern California. Moore completed 17 of 31 passes for 282 yards, including a 9-yard TD pass to Anthony Wheat-Brown that put Oregon State up 24-7 with 9:52 left in the first half.

Moore also ran 5 yards for a score with 8:52 remaining to make it 31-7.

The Beavers (6-3, 4-2 Pac-10) sacked Arizona State quarterback Rudy Carpenter four times and intercepted two of his passes. Carpenter finished 9-for-27 for 124 yards.

Keegan Herring had a 40-yard touchdown run and Jesse Ainsworth kicked a 32-yard field goal for the Sun Devils (5-4, 2-4), who had won two straight and nine of 10 in the series.

Bernard had 3- and 1-yard touchdown runs in the first quarter and finished with 67 yards on 24 carries for the Beavers, who have won four straight for the first time since 2003.

Oregon State's Alexis Serna kicked a 51-yard field goal in the first quarter. It was the third field goal of at least 50 yards this year for Serna, last seasons winner of the Lou Groza Award, given to the top kicker in college football.
