TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Jill Noe scored 19 points and No. 15 Arizona State beat Memphis 103-57 Friday night in a first-round game of the Wells Fargo Holiday Classic.
It was the 20th time in school history that the Sun Devils (5-1) have scored more than 100 points.
Arizona State will face either Holy Cross or Western Kentucky in Saturday's title game.
Noe hit a pair of three points and shot 7-for-7 from the line to help the Sun Devils to a 52-28 lead that tied a team record for most first-half points, set against Prairie View A&M last year.
Kristen Kovesdy and Kate Engelbrecht had four points each in a 12-2 run that gave Arizona State a 26-12 with 9:36 left in the first half.
Kovesdy finished with 18 points and seven rebounds. Amy Denson added 12 points and Aubrey Johnson and Engelbrecht each had 11. Denson and Emily Westerberg each finished with eight rebounds.
Devin Necaise accounted for half of Memphis' 20 field goals in the game and finished with 28 points. The Tigers fell to 1-5.
