TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Ike Diogu scored 20 of his career-high 39 points in the second half as Arizona State rallied to beat Stanford 74-67 Thursday night.

Diogu added 11 rebounds for his 12th double-double for the Sun Devils (16-6 overall, 5-5 Pac-10), who have won three of four and swept the Cardinal for the first time since the 1993-94 season.

Stanford (12-8, 6-4) had won 13 straight against Arizona State before the Sun Devils' 81-69 road win on Jan. 6.

Diogu was 16-for-26 from the floor, setting career highs in field goals made and attempted en route to his ninth career 30-point game.

The rest of the Sun Devils shot 8-for-28 from the field.

Nick Robinson scored 17 and Matt Haryasz and Chris Hernandez added 12 each to lead Stanford, which saw its six-game winning streak snapped.

The Cardinal ran out to a 13-4 lead eight minutes into the game before Diogu brought his team back.

Diogu scored nine consecutive points, including a 3-pointer that pulled Arizona State within 23-22, then added a long jump shot after a Kevin Kruger 3-pointer to give the Sun Devils a 27-23 lead with 3:31 left in the first half.

Ahead 27-25 at halftime, Arizona State opened the second half with a 13-4 run for a 39-29 lead with 15:50 to play.

Robinson scored five points to key an 8-0 Cardinal run and close the gap to 39-37. But Diogu scored consecutive baskets and Kruger added his second 3-pointer to put the Sun Devils ahead 46-39 with 11:23 to go.

Stanford made one last run in the final minutes, closing to 59-57 on a Rob Little free throw with 2:32 remaining. But Diogu sank a pair of free throws and added a turnaround 16-foot jumper as Arizona State took a 63-57 lead with 1:28 left.
