Waikoloa, Hawaii - Oklahoma's Anthony Kim carded an 11-under, 205 to claim the individual title while Georgia Tech claimed the team title at the Taylor Made/Waikoloa Intercollegiate at the Waikoloa Resorts Kings' Course. Arizona State finished fourth with a 14-under 850, led by senior Chez Reavie's 9-under 207.

Kim (71-71-67=205) was tied with the University of Hawaii at Hilo's Nick Mason (70-68-69=207) in second place heading into today's round. Mason shot a 2-under 69 for a three-day 9 under, 207 for a second place tie with Reavie (71-67-69=207). Second day leader Scott Davis (70-66-72=208) of UC Davis shot an even-par 72 to fall to finish at 8 under, 208 for fourth place.

Georgia Tech claimed its fourth tournament title in six years (1999, 2000 and 2001). The Yellow Jackets held onto the top team spot throughout the tournament to claim the team title by three strokes over UCLA.

Georgia Tech finished the three-day event with a 23-under, 841. In second was UCLA at 844 followed by Arkansas (845), Arizona State (850), Oklahoma (852), Washington (853), USC and UC-Davis (857), Texas Christian (860), Pepperdine (862), Stanford (863), Nagoya (865), Texas Tech (868), Nevada-Reno (872), UH Hilo (875), Oregon and Tulsa (876), Rhode Island (880), UH Manoa (887) and Oregon State and Houston (894).
