EUGENE, Ore. - Arizona State (8-8-2; 4-2-2 Pac-10) scored an early first half goal, while the Oregon Ducks (3-12-3; 0-6-2 Pac-10) scored an early goal in the second half to tie the game. After regulation and two overtime periods, either team could not break the tie as the game ended in a 1-1 draw. With the tie, Arizona State remains in a tie for third place in the Pac-10 with one game left to play.
Katie Leahy put the Sun Devils on the board in the 35th minute of action. The goal was Leahy's sixth of the year. In the second half, the Ducks came back to tie the game in the 67th minute off of a goal from Cristan Higa.
Manya Makoski and Elizabeth Bogus each had three shots, while goalkeeper Kim Bingham collected five saves.
