The win was ASU's first win at the Sports Arena since Febuary 15, 1996, breaking a seven-game losing skid.
ASU has posted a better percentage from the free throw line than the opponent in all but one game this year. ASU shot 78.8 percent against USC, including 21-of-25 (.840) in the second half. ASU is currently shooting 72.5 percent (295-of-407) this year, which currently is the seventh-best team mark in ASU history.
Jamal Hill had a career-high 20 points, while Jason Braxton posted a career-high 12 assists and made a career-high six free throws. The 12 assists is tied for the ninth-best in ASU history.
ASU's 71.4 percentage from the three-point stripe (10-of-14) is the fourth-best in school history.
ASU is 3-0 this year when shooting 50 percent from the field. It was 13-0 last year when making half their shots.
Freshman Keith Wooden set career-highs for points (13), field goals made (six) and attempted (nine) and minutes (25).
Ike Diogu has made 312 free throws, just 50 away from the school record of 362 set by Royce Youree from 1955-58.
Diogu's 12-of-12 from the free throw line is the first time a Sun Devil has been perfect in at least 12 trips to the line since Arthur Thomas was 13-of-13 on Dec. 4, 1987, against San Diego State.
ASU had season-highs for points (100), field goal percentage (.612), three-point percentage (.714) and second-half points (55). The 55 second half points is the most since it had 55 vs. Oregon on March 1, 2001.
ASU had a season-low 58 points at UCLA and a season-high 100 points at USC.
The 100 points was the first time the Sun Devils had scored 100 points on the road in regulation in a Pac-10 game. The only other 100-point games on the road in Pac-10 play for the Sun Devils was the 111-108 double-overtime win on Jan. 8, 2000, when Eddie House scored 61 points, and the 103-98 double-overtime win at Arizona in 1995.
