Arizona State shot a one-under-par 287 Monday to maintain a three-shot lead at the 2004 National Invitational Tournament held at Omni Tucson National Golf Course (par 72, 7,138-yards).

Jesse Mueller leads the Sun Devils as he is tied for eighth heading into the final round on Tuesday with a 3-under 141 (69-72). Both Chez Reavie and Alejandro Canizares are tied for 12th with 2-under 142.

Three of the Sun Devils' five golfers shot par or better as the team carded a 287 total and finished the day with a 36-hole total of 566 (-10). Five of the 11 teams in the elite field head into tomorrow's final round at par or better. USC (569), host Arizona (573), Minnesota (575) and Washington (576) rounded out the top five places.
