STANFORD, Calif.- The Arizona State women's golf team completed its first round of play at the Stanford Intercollegiate on Friday, in 16th place with a score of 325. UCLA leads the team standings with a 5-over 293, followed by Washington (295) and California (296).

Erin Tone (Gilbert, Ariz.) leads the Sun Devils with a 7-over 79 (43rd). Also scoring for ASU are Joesefin Gustafsson (Falkoping, Sweden), 9-over 81, Blair O'Neal (Tempe, Ariz.), 10-over 82, Alissa Kuczka (Phoenix, Ariz.), 11-over 83, and Ga?lle Truet (New Caledonia), 12-over 84. Melanie Hunt (Phoenix, Ariz.), who is in 69th with an 81 as an individual, will not figure into the team's score.

The Sun Devil's will continue play Saturday and Sunday at Stanford.
