CORVALLIS, Ore. - Senior Amanda Levens led four Sun Devils in double figures with 16 points, but it wasn't enough as Oregon State downed Arizona State 77-70 Friday night at OSU's Gill Coliseum.
Arizona State falls to 11-4 overall and 2-2 in the Pac-10, while Oregon State improves to 7-7 and 3-2 in the conference.
Levens led the team in scoring for the 13th time this season with 16 points and turned in a career-high nine assists despite shooting just 4-of-21 from the field. Sophomore Betsy Boardman, a Portland native, had 13 points, while senior Melody Johnson and senior Cian Carvalho chipped in with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
For Oregon State, Hollye Chapman led the team with 22 points, 15 rebounds and four blocks, while Felicia Ragland turned in 21 points and seven rebounds.
Arizona State was outrebounded 47-16, marking just the second time this season that ASU has been outrebounded.
