TEMPE, Ariz.-Sophomore Theresa Jantzen turned in her second double-double of the season with 24 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Sun Devils to an 85-67 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the first game of the Wells Fargo Classic Friday night at Wells Fargo Arena.

A total of five Sun Devils scored in double figures, led by Jantzen's 24 points on 10-of-16 shooting. Senior Rachel Holt turned in 14 points, while senior Kristine Sand also chipped in with 12. Junior Natalie Tucker led the ASU team with seven assists, while three other Devils had five or more en route to a season-high 26 assists for the team.

As a team, the Sun Devils shot a season-high 61.1 percent from the field (33-54) en route to their highest point total of the season.

Arizona State will take on South Carolina in the Wells Fargo Classic championship game Saturday at 5 p.m. South Carolina earned a 63-58 victory over Nevada in the second game of the tournament Friday night.

Nevada will take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the consolation game of the Wells Fargo Classic at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
