As a current season ticket holder, renewals are offered at loyalty pricing giving you the best value for your purchase. How do I renew my season tickets?
There are several ways you can renew your season tickets:
- Online through Account Manager at sundeviltickets.com
- By calling the VIP Service Line at (480) 965-5333, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM,
- In person at the Sun Devil Ticket Office during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

What are my renewal options?
You can pay in full or sign up for a payment plan.
Below are the important payment dates:
- March 14 at 5 PM: Deadline to enroll in a 5-month payment
- Payments for the five-month payment plan will be charged to your credit card on the 15th of each month from March through July (March 15, April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15)
- April 14 at 5 PM: Deadline to enroll in a 4-month payment plan
- Payments for the four-month payment plan will be charged to your account on the 15th of each month from April through July (April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15)
- April 25 at 5 PM: Deadline to retain seats and receive loyalty pricing
Are there any renewal incentives?
Yes, a winner will be drawn every other Thursday during the eight-week renewal period. Fans are eligible for all prize drawings after they renew (i.e. if a fan renews in Week 1, they will be eligible for all 4 prizes).

Renewal prizes throughout the loyalty price deadline (April 25th) will be randomly selected beginning March 7th.
March 7th – One (1) 2019 Pac-12 Tournament trip for two; Hotel and Tickets (One Winner)
March 21st – Four Tickets in the MidFirst Bank Stadium Suite for the Oregon Football Game (Four Winners)
April 4th – Staycation package from Gila River Hotels & Casinos at their Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino including a $100 food credit (Four Winners).

What are the highlights of the schedule for the 2019-20 season?

How much does parking cost?
Season parking passes are available for $50 each and you can choose between Stadium Structure, South Packard Drive Structure, and Surface Lot. Season ticket holders can request one (1) parking pass for up to every two (2) tickets. You will need to provide a valid copy of your handicap placard if you are requesting Disabled Parking. If you need more than one pass for Disabled Parking, a placard must be on file for each pass. Disabled parking will be first come, first serve adjacent to Wells Fargo Arena, lower level of the Stadium Structure and the South Packard Drive Structure.
How can I upgrade my seats or purchase additional seats?
You may put in a request now for additional seats or upgraded seats by calling your personal service rep at (480) 965-5333. Please keep in mind the process of selecting these new seats will begin on May 29.
How do I get tickets to the Pac-12 Tournament?
Once information on the Pac-12 Tournament is available, we will communicate to our season ticket holders via email.
Is Wells Fargo Arena going to be renovated?
A renovation of the Arena has been approved by ABOR. Further details and timelines will be provided when they are available.
Why do game times vary?
Similar to every team in the country, our tip-off times are determined by our television partners and the Pac-12 Conference which gives Sun Devil Men’s Basketball, Sun Devil Athletics, and Arizona State University an opportunity to be showcased nationally. We usually know exact game dates and times for all games in early September and will communicate the schedule at that time.
What is the Sun Devil Club Hospitality Suite?
The Sun Devil Club Hospitality Suite is an opportunity for you to gather with other Sun Devils to socialize before men’s basketball games in a comfortable lounge area off the concourse at Wells Fargo Arena. The Sun Devil Club Hospitality Suite is free for Sun Devil Club members at an annual giving level of $2,500 or more. Snacks and other food are provided complimentary with soda and alcoholic beverages available for purchase, while flat screen TVs provide basketball action from around the country.
