STARKVILLE, Miss. - Fifty-four student-athletes from 35 different institutions representing 13 conferences have earned the honor of being named to one of the three 2010 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I All-American teams, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced on Wednesday. Institutions from the Pacific-10 and Southeastern conferences are featured prominently throughout all three teams, accounting for nearly half of this season’s selections. Most notably for Arizona State was the First-Team Selection of Katelyn Boyd, who led the nation and Pac-10 in nearly every offensive category at one point as well as battling through two broken fingers this season.
