All my love to the family of this wonderful man. My prayers are with you every day. What a world we would have with more heroes like Pat Tillman.

Kevin Salcido, Phoenix, AZ
I am very proud of Pat and his brother Kevin! I am honored to have actually known Pat while attending ASU. He is everything you hear about in the news, but most importantly he made you feel special. Thanks for the memories Pat, see you later bro...

In a time when you don't see people passing up on multi-million dollar deals, actors aren't signing up, etc. Pat Tillman to me is a hero who stepped out to show he loved his country & our way of life & he wanted to fight for that right. I pray that his wife & family will know that our prayers are with them & that we appreciate his duty to his family & country. God bless..

I just want to send my condolences to th Tillman family. As an ASU alum, I had the honor of watching Pat play football at ASU and followed him through his day with the Cardinals. Although I never met him, I've heard and read all the news about what a terrific person he was. If you can anyway compare it to the way he played football than he must've been one hell of an individual! He represented all that is good in sports and his story is a true inspiration to many of us. He will be sadly missed but his legacy will live on. God Bless the men and women of our armed forces and God Bless the USA!!

My prayers go out to the Tillman family for the loss of Pat. I was lucky enough to meet Pat on several occasions at ASU and after. Pat was such a shining light in the Tempe community. I salute Pat's choice to join the Rangers and wish that after 911 I had the courage to do the same. If we can all be a little like Pat this world will be a better place. Go with God Pat.

As a Vietnam Veteran we shall cherise your soul forever. There are hardly any heroes left in this country as it is split in many factions since 9/11. You are the exception in the United States of America. You are my hero forever. Tom

To The Tillman Family, I am an Arizona native, and A.S.U. alumni. I have fond memories of P.T. playing for the Devils and the Az Carnidals ( I was also an Arizona Cardinal cheerleader)P.T. was always the true spark on the playing field as he was in everything that he did. He has truly been an inspiration in my life and I never even had the opportunity to know him. I have been battling cancer this last year and always have had P.T. in the back of my mind as I have been fighting and surviving. My heartfelt condolences go out to you all and especially Marie ( I am married to my high school sweetheart and what a wonderful thing it is.) Cherish your memories and know that P.T. will always be in all of our hearts. Peace, Bonny

I was lucky enough to have met Pat a few times while we were both students at ASU. He was always so friendly and gracious. You will be truly missed. But we all know that we have a true angel in heaven looking down on us all, and we know that you will be there at every ASU game from now on. We all thank you for your sacrifice and bravery.

I'd just like to say that Pat was an awsome person and an awsome football player. I admire him so much for his perseverance, humbleness, and integrity. My heart goes out to his family. I have 3 family friends in Iraq and Afganistan. My prayers go out to Pat, his family, the other families that have people in Iraq and Afganistan, and all the men and women fighting for our country.

Amy (Mesa, AZ)
My thoughts and prayers are with Pat's Friends and Family at this tough time. I went to ASU with Pat. He was one of the good guys. I grew up in a military family and know the risks that go with that life, but I also know the pride our military has for their family and their country. Pat will never be forgotten. His sacrifice has made all of us a little safer. My thoughts and prayers will always be with you.

I thought I was hardened; that nothing could impress me... WRONG... Pat Tillman was living a young man's dream .. and he had worked very hard to attain the goals which allowed him to live that dream. He walked away from the glory of fame and fortune commited to follow his soul and do what he felt was right. I can only imagine having a man (person) of such unselfish conviction and commitment as President of this country. What a leader he must have been ... what a loss for us all. My prayers go out to his mother and father which gave us such a person; and to all those who loved him and knew him.... I ONLY WISH I COULD HAVE.
