OMAHA, Neb. - Early wake up call and another breakfast. We had some extra downtime today due to our game being the late one. I tried getting some sleep but there were a ton of great shows on t.v. so I just stayed up and watched. We got to the ballpark around the 6th inning of the early game. We stretched as a team in the batting cages and then the hitters took some BP while the pitchers rested in the shade. Tough life I know! When we got on the field we got ready for in and out. I hit my normal great fly balls to the outfielders and got them ready to catch the balls that get caught in the sun. We played a good game but unfortunately we came out on the wrong side. We have a game set for Thursday with UNC. We will be preparing tomorrow for it by going through a normal practice and a light day. We are going to play a solid 9 innings of baseball and see what happens. Go Devils!!!
