Martin Named AT&T Long Distance Winner
Michael Martin joined J.R. Redmond to become the second ASU tailback this season to win the AT&T Long Distance "run from scrimmage" award. Martin reeled off a career-long 83-yard touchdown run in the 12th-ranked Sun Devils 52-31 win over Oregon.
In honor of hiz accomplishment, AT&T has donated $400 to the NCAA Foundation's Degree-Completion Scholarship Program, bringing the AT&T contributions to this fund to $370,400. Martin will receive an engraved plaque in recognition of his achievement.
