ASU plays UNLV in Las Vegas Wednesday, three-game series against USC over the weekend
2013 (Freshman): Led all freshmen with 32 starts, including 31 at first base and one at third base...has over a .300 batting average, which ranks among top 15 freshmen in school history...his first career homer was a two-run home run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth to send an eventual loss to UCLA into extra innings...scored a season-high three runs at Washington May 25...secured a season-high four hits vs. Valparaiso April 30...had three RBI in three games, including a pair of Pac-12 contests...was walked four times at Arizona April 16...two-time Scholar Baller honoree (Spring '13, Fall '12).
High School: Named a Perfect Game World Showcase Top Prospect in 2011 and 2012...Perfect Game Preseason All-American...2011 All-County team...led the Spring League in stolen bases...2011 Boston Red Sox scout team...Under Armour Preseason All-American...hit .340 with two home runs and led the league in runs scored (47), walks (43), stolen bases (40) and OBP (.512) his senior year...most exciting moment in sports was hitting three home runs back-to-back-to-back his junior year...runs a 6.70 60-yard dash...can throw 90 from third base...was on Principal's All-Academic list all four years...graduated with a 4.09 GPA.
