In continued Spring action, the Arizona State volleyball team will travel to California for a twelve team tournament hosted by UC-Santa Barbara on Saturday, April 8 in the UCSB Events Center. Tournament pool play will begin at 9 a.m.
Participating schools are UCSB, Loyola Marymount, University of San Francisco, Texas Tech, Southern California, Pepperdine, Arizona State, Minnesota, Cal Poly SLO, San Diego, CS-Northridge and UC-Irvine.
Arizona State will begin pool play in Pool #2 (ASU, UCSB, Pepperdine and Minnesota) and play all three teams. Crossover matches will follow pool play.
Pool play will be two games to 15 with regular scoring. Crossover matches will be two out of three to 15 (third game rally scoring).
Arizona State won all four matches last weekend in Tempe, beating SMU, New Mexico, Wyoming and New Mexico State at P.E. East Gym.
