ASU stranded six runners, while UW left five. The Sun Devils then faced third-ranked UCLA in a two-game series. The Bruins started the first game with a run in the first and third innings. In the sixth inning, ASU came back to cut the lead in half, when Kirsten Voak walked and then scored on a double to by Kara Brun.
