Arizona State University and adidas today unveiled the 2016 Made in March Uniform Collection for the Sun Devils to wear during basketball postseason, including the Pac-12 Tournament. The uniform collection features unique design elements that pay tribute to the program’s identity and school history.
Designed with ASU maroon, gold and white, the uniforms feature a tonal sunbeam print on the short’s extended waistband to represent an Arizona desert sunrise. The uniforms are constructed with bold contrasts along the jersey collar and short hem, while also incorporating the Trident logo in a terrycloth material on the short for sweat management as the game heats up.
To give players optimum performance on the court, the uniforms feature the same lightweight, sweat-wicking technology used in the NBA. Targeted ventilation zones on the chest, back and side keep players cool even in the most intense moments of the game. A mid-hole mesh on the short maximizes comfort and breathability.
The Sun Devils will lace up the latest adidas basketball footwear including special editions of the Crazylight Boost 2.5 Low and D Lillard 2 done up in team colors.
The 2016 Made in March uniforms debut on court during conference tournament play. Fans can grab their team gear at adidas.com and campus area retailers beginning this March.
