Freshman (2019):
- One of just two true freshmen tight ends to see at least 200 snaps on the year and one of just six true freshmen tight ends among Power Five programs to achieve the feat.
- Recorded his first career touchdown against UCLA.
- Saw increased playing time later in the season, recording five catches off the bench in his final six games after having just one in the first seven games of the season.
HIGH SCHOOL
- A big part of Reedy High School’s rise in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as one of the newer schools in the area
- A multi-sport athlete, also competing on the Reedy basketball team…one of Dallas News SportsDay’s Top 20 Dallas-area 5A Players to Watch prior to the 2018 season.
- Came in at No. 41 in the Dallas News SportsDay’s Top 100 Recruits of 2019 and lived up to the preseason billing, playing a major role in Reedy’s first-ever appearance in the UIL 5A Division 2 Region 2 Championship Game.
- Consensus three-star prospect amongst the major recruiting services…rated as the No. 25 tight end prospect and the No. 583 overall prospect in the country by 24/7 Sports…ESPN tabbed him as the No. 9 tight end prospect and the No. 59 overall prospect in the state of Texas.
- Complied 86 catches, 1,167 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns in 27 games over three-varsity seasons.
- Produced one of the best seasons in the state from a tight end during his senior season, recording 55 receptions for 756 yards and nine touchdowns on his way to receiving 2018 All-District 13-5A First Team honors…the 756 receiving yards were third-most in the state among players who played the majority of the season at tight end.
- Reedy High School went 13-0 before falling in the 2018 UIL 5A Division 2 Region 2 Championship.
- Earned a spot on the 2017 All-District 13-5A Second Team after a productive junior campaign in which he made 20 catches for 327 yards and five touchdowns in seven games
- Committed to ASU on July 4, 2018.
