2001 Outdoor: Excelled in the 3000m steeplechase, placing fifth at the Pac-10 Championships in a personal-best 10:27.83…won the steeplechase at the ASU Invitational (10:52.07) and the Mt. Sac Relays (university/open division, 10:38.02), and placed second (10:30.82) at the UA/NAU Double Dual…notched NCAA provisional time in the steeplechase, but did not qualify for nationals…clocked a personal best in the 1500m (4:34.53) at the Sun Angel Classic (eighth place)…also competed in the 3000m (10:09.36) and the 2000m steeplechase (7:06.31).
2001 Indoor: Ran a personal-best and placed sixth in the mile at the UA/NAU Double Dual (5:04.30a)…also competed in the 800m (2:22.63).
2000 XC: Redshirted.
2000 Outdoor: Placed third in the 3,000m at the ASU/USTCA Inv. (10:23.8)…ran a personal best 2:17.33 in the 800m at the Baldy Castillo Invitational…also turned in career bests in the 1,500m (4:48.23) and the 3,000m (10:05.55).
2000 Indoor: Posted a season-high in the mile (5:05.32, altitude adjusted) at the Days Inn Inv.…also competed in the 3,000m, running an indoor best of 10:01.18 at the Cyclone Classic.
1999 XC: ASU's fourth-best finisher at the NCAA Championship, placing 155th, in a season-best time of 18:20... was an improvement of 57 places and 56 seconds from the previous year... finished 33rd at the Pac-10 Championship (18:44.9)... finished 12th at the Cal Irvine Invitational (18:27).
1999 Track: Redshirted.
1998 XC: ASU's fifth-best finisher at NCAAs, placing 211th (19:16) ... finished 40th at Pac-10s (18:56) and 75th at the NCAA West Regional (18:44), both seventh-best on squad... best outing of season came at Sundodger Invitational, where she finished 27th (18:11).
High School: Finished fifth in state cross country meet in 1997... named Class 5A cross country runner of the year in 1997... four-time all-state selection in track and three-time choice in cross country... won county and conference championships in cross country in 1997... named Indianapolis Star Metro Athlete of the Year in 1997... lists "most exciting experience in sports" as her trip to Australia to run in the 14K "City to Surf" run.
