TEMPE - Five Sun Devils are exchanging their Maroon and Gold for red, white and blue this week. Current Sun Devils Jeremy Cody, Jalen Drayden, and Justin Robinson along with alumnae Katie Eidem and Magdalyn "Maggie" Ewen are in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this weekend for the USA Track and Field Indoor Championships. The three day meet runs Feb. 16-18 at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The meet will be streamed via USATF.tv and can be followed here.
 
Eidem kicks things off for the group at 11:00 a.m. AZ Thursday. Drayden opens competition Friday at 1:00 p.m. AZ, followed by Ewen at 12:30 p.m. in the shot put and Robinson at 3:37 p.m. AZ. Cody doesn't jump until Saturday at 11:00 a.m. AZ and is then followed by Ewen in the shot put at 1:35 p.m.

Senior sprinter Jalen Drayden will be competing in the 60m sprint after qualifying with a 6.72, a PR he set January 28 at the Arkansas Razorback Invitational. He's joined on the track by Robinson who qualified with a 46.05 at Texas Tech's Red Raider Open on January 20. Robinson has a season-best of 45.87, an indoor best for him that ranks fourth in program history, and his overall personal record is 45.30.
 
Jeremy Cody will be competing in the high jump. His qualifying mark was 2.17m/7-1.5 at the Razorback Open. His outdoor PR is 2.18m/7-1.75, but his indoor mark ranks fifth in program history. Sun Devil alumna Katie Eidem finished her ASU career in spring 2022 and will be competing in the pentathlon for the Elite Sports & Fitness Academy. When Eidem was at ASU, her best pentathlon score was 4,019 which ranks third in school history.
 
Ewen earned 10 conference crowns and four NCAA titles in her four-year Sun Devil career. She won the 2021 Diamond League shot put title, earned gold at the 2022 USATF Championships, and competed in the World Championship last summer.
