OMAHA -- Eight current Sun Devil wrestlers will get set to compete in the United World Wrestling Junior and U23 Nationals this weekend (Nov. 13-15) in Omaha, Nebraska at the Convention Center at CHI Health Center hosted by USA Wrestling.

The event was originally to serve as a 2020 World Team Trials event for both age-groups, but is now slated to serve as a 2021 World Team Trials qualifier. Each division will feature all three Olympic styles (men's freestyle, women's freestyle and Greco-Roman).

Fans can expect to watch 2019-20 NCWA Second Team All-Americans Kordell Norfleet and Jacori Teemer, Cory Crooks, Cade Belshay, Brandon Courtney, Julian Chlebove, Cleveland Belton, and Jesse Vasquez throughout the three-day event.

The winners in each weight at the UWW U23 Nationals will secure a bid to the 2021 World Team Trials. The winners in each style of the UWW Junior Nationals will earn a bid to the 2021 World Team Trials and the 2021 Junior World Team Trials, if age eligible.

Fans will have the chance to watch the action this weekend, as it will be streamed live on Flowrestling.org with live results on FloArena. Coverage gets underway with Greco-Roman at 9 a.m. MST on Friday.
