16 Hockey Players Named to 2024-25 NCHC Academic All-Conference Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Sun Devil Hockey saw 16 of its players named to the 2024-25 NCHC Academic All-Conference Team for demonstrating prowess on the ice and in the classroom. Out of 131 players, Arizona State is tied for the most honorees along with Colorado College, Miami and St. Cloud State.

The Academic All-Conference Sun Devils are listed below:

In addition to the Academic All-Conference commendation, 12 players from ASU have been recognized as NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athletes which is awarded to student-athletes that have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better. This ranks third in the conference behind only Colorado College and Denver. ASU's NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athletes are Ryan Alexander, Benji Eckerle, Cole Gordon, Chase Hamm, Cole Helm, Gibson Homer, David Hymovitch, Dylan Jackson, Ty Murchison, Tucker Ness, Ty Jackson and Kyle Smolen.
