SAN FRANCISCO – As announced by the Pac-12 Conference on Wednesday, Arizona State Wrestling redshirt junior Josh Maruca has been named Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week for the week of Jan. 14-20, 2019.
 
Maruca, ranked No. 18 by WIN Magazine and No. 24 by Trackwrestling last week, clinched the Sun Devils' first Pac-12 victory of the season, a 20-13 win at Oregon State on Sunday night. Maruca sealed the victory with a 4-3 decision at 149 lbs. to cap the dual as ASU improved to 24-18 all-time vs. the Beavers.
 
This is the second such honor of Maruca's career after also being named during his freshman season.
