Sun Devils Fall to Colorado on the Road

BOULDER, Colo. – The Arizona State lacrosse team (6-10, 1-8 Pac-12) fell to the No. 18 Colorado Buffaloes (9-4, 7-1 Pac-12), 16-3, Sunday afternoon at Kittredge Field.

"Our defense played tough and with intensity but we have some work to do at the draw circle as well as on the offensive end," said head coach Courtney Martinez Connor.

The Sun Devil goals were courtesy of the freshmen trio of Maria Villanti, Julia Burns and Kylie Kroeger. Carley Adams and Kerri Clayton added assists.

In the cage, goalkeeper Berkeley Bonneau recorded 13 saves including nine in the first half. The sophomore also picked up two ground balls and caused one turnover.
