3- Three ASU teams lead the Pac-12 conference in Graduation Success Rates, with all three at 100 percent –
men's swimming & diving, softball, and women's tennis.
3- Every women's team averaged above a 3.0 GPA in the fall semester, and the average cumulative GPA for all female student-athletes was a  3.39.Â
3.18 - As of the end of the spring semester, the average cumulative GPA for all student-athletes is a 3.18 and 71 percent of student-athletes earned a semester or cumulative GPA above a 3.0. Â
3.39 -The average cumulative GPA for all female student-athletes is a 3.39, as of the end of the spring semester. In the spring all women's teams posted above a 3.0 semester and cumulative GPA, and six  teams achieved a cumulative GPA at/above 3.5 (Triathlon, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Beach Volleyball and Soccer).Â
3.43-Â Sun Devil Hockey rising senior forwardÂ
Jake Clifford was
named the 2018 Arthur Ashe Jr. Male Division I Hockey Scholar Athlete of the Year byÂ
Diverse: Issues in Higher Education magazine. Clifford maintains a 3.43 GPA while actively participating in community service events.
4- The Sun Devil volleyball team had four members
named to Pac-12 All-Academic teams. Arizona State matched Washington State for a conference-best two first-team honorees –Â
Halle Harker and Halle Johnson – in addition to honorable mention placements from Oluoma Okaro andÂ
Ivana Jeremic.

John Reniewicki who all claimed first-team honors. The Sun Devil men joined Washington State at the top of the conference for most first-team honorees with three each.Â
4- Four members of the Arizona State
women's golf have earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors.Â

Olivia Mehaffey earned Second Team honors. 2018 ties the high for most Sun Devils named between the First and Second teams, only the fifth time in history.Â
5- Five men's teams posted both semester and cumulative GPAs above a 3.0 in the spring (Cross Country, Ice Hockey, Golf, Wrestling and Swimming & Diving), and the men's average cumulative GPA is a 2.98 as of the end of the spring semester.Â
5- The lacrosse team placed
five student-athletes on the Pac-12 All-Academic teams. Junior Sydney Bosmans earned second team honors and four Sun Devils - Carley Adams, Berkeley Bonneau, Kerri Clayton, Kristina Coppinger - earned honorable mention recognition.Â
5-Â Five Sun Devil
Baseball student-athletes earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honors. Eli Lingos earned first team honors and Dellan Raish earned second team honors, rounded out by three student-athletes who earned honorable mention recognition. This is the 22nd consecutive season ASU has had at least two representatives on Pac-12 All-Academic teams.Â
6-Â Six student-athletes on the Arizona State Water Polo team have been selected to the MPSF All-Academic Team.Â
The Sun Devils six members on the All-Academic Team is the most since the program had six student athletes on the team in 2016.
6- Six men's team posted a cumulative GPA above a 3.0 in the fall semester (Men's Cross Country, Ice Hockey, Men's Track & Field, Men's Swimming & Diving, Wrestling, and Baseball). Fall 2017 also marks the second consecutive semester that the male student-athlete cumulative GPA was above a 3.0.Â
6-Â The Arizona State beach volleyball team has placed
six student-athletes on Pac-12 All-Academic teams. The Sand Devils proved well represented, garnering a conference-best three first-team honorees —Â

7- Seven Sun Devil
wrestlers earned All-Academic honors from the Pac-12 Conference. Tanner Hall and Ryan Millhof earned first-team honors and Josh Shields earned second-team recognition, while four others received honorable mention recognition.Â
7-Â The Sun Devil women's track and field program
landed seven women on the Pac-12 First Team All-Academic list to lead the conference. ASU also had one second team honoree joined by seven who earned honorable mention recognition.
8- A league-high eight Sun Devil women's basketball players were named to the Pac-12 All-Academic teams. With a 4.0 GPA, sophomore Jamie Ruden was given first team recognition. Sabrina Haines and Robbi Ryan were named to the second team, and five other student-athletes were named honorable mention recognition. The eight awards ties the school record for
most student-athletes on the Pac-12's All-Academic Team.
9- The Arizona State gymnastics team placed a
program-best nine student-athletes on Pac-12 All-Academic teams. The Devils notched a conference-best four first-team honorees, and added two second-team honorees and three honorable mention accolades.Â
9- For the 9th consecutive season the Sun Devil men's and women's squads earned Scholar All-America honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
10- The Sun Devil football program
placed 10 student-athletes on the Academic All-Pac-12 teams. Running backÂ
Nick Ralston, led the way for the team, earning first-team recognition with a perfect 4.0 grade-point average. Nine Sun Devil earned honorable mention recognition.Â
11-Â Eleven Arizona State University
women's soccer student-athletes were recognized by the Pac-12 for their work in the classroom as the conference announced its annual All-Academic teams. Seniors Madison Stark and Jessica Raybe earned first-team honors, while junior Natalie Stevens earned second-team honors. The Sun Devils also had eight players earn honorable mention recognition.Â
11- The fall semester marked the 11th consecutive semester that the average cumulative GPA for all student-athletes was above a 3.0. The GPA was an all-time high of 3.19.
11- The Pac-12 has named 11 members of the men's swimming and diving team to their 2018 All-Academic Teams.
The Sun Devils had five first team honorees, two second team honorees and four honorable mention accolades. In fall 2017, the men's team also recorded a perfect 100 percent Graduation Success Rate (GSR).
12- Twelve members of the Sun Devil women's swim and dive team were
named to the 2018 Pac-12 All Academic teams. Emily Glinecke, Bentley Hulshof and Ivana Ninkovic were named to the first team, along with three student athletes named to the second team, and six given honorable mention accolades.Â
12- This spring Sun Devils earned above a 3.0 GPA for the 12th consecutive semester.Â
13- The Gymnastics team had 13 student-athletes earn above a 3.5 GPA for the 2017-18 school year, including 6 who earned above a 4.0 GPA. The team collectively recorded a 3.71 GPA for the school year.Â
22- The Sun Devil Baseball team has had at least two representatives on the Pac-12 All-Academic Teams for 22 consecutive semesters.Â
28- In the fall semester, Sun Devil Hockey had 28 Scholar-Athletes (semester or cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher), and boasted a team semester GPA of 3.32 and cumulative GPA of 3.43.Â
30- Arizona State wrestling earned a place on the National Wrestling Coaches Association's Division I
All-Academic Top 30 teams list. Individually,Â

Josh Shields (157/Business-Sports & Media Studies), andÂ
Tanner Hall (HWT/Electrical Engineering) earned spots on the NWCA DI All-Academic team.Three honorees in 2018 is the most in a single year for the Sun Devils and the 10th-12th individuals named all-time. Shields is also just the second All-American for ASU to be named individually.
34- 34 student-athletes
graduated in the fall of 2017. Among the group of 34 graduates, 13 completed their degree in less than four years, three graduated from Barrett, the Honors College at ASU, and one graduates as part of the Tip of the Fork Cohort, earning a certificate in Leadership & Ethics.
46-Â Since head coachÂ
Charli Turner Thorne's first season at ASU, the Sun Devil Women's Basketball team has lead the Pac-12 in the number of first-team All-Academic conference awards (now 22) and the combined number of first- and second-team All-Academic conference awards (now 46).
68- A record
68 Sun Devil student-athletes are members of Barrett, the Honors College. The 2017-18 school year's 68 student-athletes in Barrett beat out last year's record of 61.
70 - 70 percent of Sun Devil student-athletes achieved a semester or cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in the fall.
87-Â Sun Devil Athletics has tied its all-time high
87 percent Graduation Success Rate (GSR) for its student-athletes. Sun Devil Athletics has either tied or surpassed its all-time best GSR since the metric was released and ranks fourth in the Pac-12.
90-Â Arizona State'sÂ
Roberta Liti is the recipient of the organization's
Elite 90 award for women's golf for the 2017-18 season. The Elite 90, an award founded by the NCAA in the 2009-10 season, recognizes the true essence of the student-athlete by honoring the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the national championship level in his or her sport, while also achieving the highest academic standard among his or her peers.Â
91- 91 Sun Devil
student-athletes graduated in the spring or summer of 2018. 31 student-athletes, five more than last spring/summer, graduate with honors including 16 Summa Cum Laude (3.80 to 4.00 GPA), nine Magna Cum Laude (3.60 to 3.79 GPA), and six Cum Laude (3.40 to 3.59 GPA). Eight student-athletes finished their degree in less than four years while three former student-athletes returned to complete their degree as part of the Sun Devil 4 Life Degree Completion Program. Six student-athletes graduate from Barrett Honors College while seven are Tip of the Fork Program graduates.
