The Arizona State men's golf team is in the hunt for its second straight tournament after the first round of the Tavistock Invitational Sunday. ASU sits just five shots back of leaders Florida and Purdue, as the teams wil play 18 holes on Monday and Tuesday.

Freshman Alejandro Del Rey Gonzalez had three birdies and is tied for ninth to lead the Sun Devils at 1-under 71, while Jared du Toit shot even 72.
