2018 Outdoor: Became the sixth woman in collegiate history to win the discus and shot put at the NCAA Championships... Completed the shot put sweep by taking first in the event at the outdoor championships... By winning the discus and shot put, she is the only woman in NCAA history with a title in three throwing events... Extended her NCAA record in the hammer throw at the 39th Sun Angel Classic when she topped 74.53m/244-6.25 feet... Set the NCAA record in the shot put in the final regular season meet of the season with a throw of 19.46m/63-10.25 feet... Completed the treble for the second-consecutive season, winning the shot put, hammer throw and discus throw at the Pac-12 Championships and tying three Pac-12 greats for the most individual titles in conference history... 2018 Indoor: Won her first indoor national title in her final indoor championships appearance in the women’s shot put... Finished fourth in the weight throw for her ninth and final indoor All-America honor... Scored 15 points and put the Sun Devils at 13th place overall...Launched the shot 19.20m/63-0.00 feet to record the third-farthest throw in NCAA history… Earned USTFCCCA West Region Field Athlete of the Year... Won the MPSF indoor shot put and weight throw titles… For her accomplishments at the conference championships, she was named athlete of the meet… set a meet and facility record in the shot put on her way to the MPSF title… Broke the shot put school record twice and the weight throw record twice… Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships with the top shot put mark in the NCAA and the world in 2018… Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the weight throw with the No. 6 mark in the country.
2017 Outdoor: Won the NCAA title in the hammer throw… Set the collegiate record in the hammer throw with a mark of 73.32m/240-6.5 feet… Set an ASU and personal best at the USA Championships in the hammer with a mark of 74.56m/244-7 feet… Finished runner-up in the discus throw at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… Took sixth in the shot put at the championships to score a meet high 21 points… Ended the year as a Bowerman finalist and was named as the USTFCCCA’s Field Athlete of the Year… Became the first woman in conference history to sweep the discus, shot put and hammer throw titles at the Pac-12 Championships… Earned Pac-12 Women’s Field Athlete of the Year for her 30-point performance at the conference championships and three Field Athlete of the Week awards… Set the American collegiate record in her first meet of the season in the hammer throw… Competed at the IAAF World Championships, representing the United States, in the hammer throw… Finished second in the hammer throw at the U.S. Championships with her personal best throw.
2017 Indoor: Took All-America honors in the shot put when she finished fourth at the NCAA Championships… Finished sixth in the weight throw at the NCAA Championships to score eight points for the Sun Devils… Won the weight throw title at the MPSF Championships for the second season in-a-row… Finished third in the shot put at the MPSF Championships.
2016 Outdoor: Competed at the U.S. Team Trials in three events (shot put, hammer throw, discus)… Had her best showing at USAs in the discus where she finished ninth… Competed in three events at the NCAA Championships and left Eugene with two All-America honors in the hammer throw (fifth) and discus throw (eighth)… Scored three times at the Pac-12 Championships in all three of her events and won the hammer throw with a heave of 63.88m/209-7 feet… Finished third in the women’s discus throw and fourth in the shot put in the discus throw.
2016 Indoor: Finished 15th in the shot put in her first NCAA Indoor Championships appearance… Won her first of three consecutive weight throw titles at the MPSF Championships… Finished second in the women’s shot put at the MPSF Championships… Finished third or better in every one of her regular season meets during her sophomore season, including five four place finishes out of 10 contests.
2015 Outdoor: Advanced to the NCAA Championships in her first season of competition as a Sun Devil… Finished 12th in the discus throw and 22nd in the shot put for honorable mention honors… finished third in the shot put, third in the discus throw and fifth in the hammer throw at the Pac-12 Championships… Scored 16 points at the conference meet in her debut appearance.
2015 Indoor: Finished second at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships in the shot put… Scored for the first time in her Arizona State career at a conference championship event when she finished third in the weight throw in Seattle… Opened her Sun Devil career with a win at the NAU Friday Night Duals.
Personal: Daughter of Bruce and Kristi Ewen… has one sister, Alicia… Comes from an athletic family as father Bruce was an All-American thrower and seven-time Missouri Valley Conference champion at Illinois State and a participant in the 1988 Olympic trials, and her mother and sister played college volleyball.
