- Helped the Sun Devils place 6th overall in the team standings at the NCAA Championships for their highest finish since 1982 by racing in the 400 free relay (2nd) and the 50, 100 and 200 free (3/23-3/26)
- Competed at his last Pac-12 Championships, in which he won the 800 free relay, placed 2nd in the 200 & 400 free relays, 4th in the 100 free and 12th in the 50 free and 200 free (3/2-3/5)
- In the final regular season meet of his Sun Devil career, won the 50 free and 400 free relay and finished second in the 100 free against Arizona (2/5)
- Won the 100 free and placed second in the 50 free and 200 free relay against Cal (1/22)
- Won the 400 free relay and placed third in the 100 free and fourth in both the 50 free and 200 free against Stanford (1/21)
- Won the 200, 400 and 800 free relay and placed third in the 100 and 200 free at the NC State Invite

- Lists his most exciting moment in sports as anchoring the 4x100m New Zealand relay at the Oceania Games in the final event of competition and coming back from behind to win
