- At the UC Riverside Invitational, he ran 25:57.3 and finished 102nd overall.
2020-21 Outdoor
- Set a personal best in the 1,500m at the GCU Invitational with a time of 4:02.06.
- Finished 16th in the 1,500m at the Willie Williams Classic/Dave Murray Distance Carnival.
2020-21 Cross Country
- Set a personal best in his final race of the season in the 8K at the PAC 12 Championships.
- Competed in three events.
- Made his MPSF debut placing 21st in the mile with a time of 4:42.21 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.
High School:
- Apart of two East Suburban Catholic Conference (ESCC) Championships with Benet Academy.
- Placed fifth in the 3200m in 2017 with a time of 10:28.56.
- Finished second in the 1600m in 2018 with a time of 4:40.29.

In my last cross country race in high school, I rolled my ankle and blew up our team chances for qualifying for regionals. As an individual, I was one place off qualifying. As a team captain, I failed my team.

Honestly, any time I hear that someone is forced to medically retire. Sports are such an integral part of someones life and losing this gift is always a depressing reminder that it can happen to anyone.

Losing my team our spot at sectionals senior year of high school due to an injury sustained in the race

If you could live during any time period when/where would it be and why? |
I honestly wish I lived through the 60s & 70s. While there were a lot of issues, their music influences my taste to this day and during this period the great American running boom started.

My dad taught me how to lead and navigate conflict better than anyone I've ever known.

Coming back from almost breaking my femur last year.
