Junior (2018-19):
  • Became the first Arizona State player to sign an NHL entry-level contract (Ottawa Senators) on April 1, 2019, and first to play in an NHL game against the Buffalo Sabres on April 4, 2019
  • Named a 2018-19 Mike Richter Finalist -- the first Sun Devil to ever make the list
  • Daccord finished the season with a 21-13-1 record, .926 save percentage and 2.35 goals against average. He finished tied for the most shutouts (7), and all four stats set program records for a Sun Devil goaltender in a season.
  • Finished the season second in percentage of minutes played for their respective team with 99% of the team's minutes
  • Daccord recorded his sixth shutout of the season against his childhood team, Boston College, on Jan. 5 with 32 saves for the series sweep; earned his NCAA-leading seventh shutout of the regular season on Jan. 26 against another hometown team, BU
  • Against Colorado College on Dec. 15, he put together a 31-save shutout at home
  • On Dec. 7, Daccord made a season-high 45 saves in a shutout of Princeton on the road, who was also receiving votes in the USCHO poll
  • On Nov. 10, Daccord posted a 20-save shutout against Michigan State at home, who was receiving votes in the USCHO poll at the time
  • In the season opener on Oct. 6, Daccord tallied his first collegiate assist on a pass to the far blue line to Johnny Walker for the breakaway goal
  • Daccord started the season with back-to-back shutouts against Alaska on Oct. 6-7
Sophomore (2017-18):

Freshman (2016-17):
  • 12 of his 13 appearances came against ranked teams during his freshman season
  • Finished with a 3-8-1 record, which included two victories and a tie against ranked opponents, a .892 save percentage and 4.03 goals against average
  • Saved 50 shots in a double-overtime victory over then-No. 9 Western Michigan in Kalamazoo on Feb. 4, which went down as a tie due to NCAA rules
  • Made 53 saves to help lead Devils to a 4-2 win over then-No. 17 Quinnipiac on the road on Jan. 28, who was the 2016 NCAA runner-up
  • Stood between the pipes for the program's first-ever victory over a ranked opponent, as he made 24 saves in route to a 5-2 win over then-No. 18 Air Force on Oct. 16
Prior to College:
  • Hailing from Boston, Daccord was one of the more sought-after goaltenders in the nation.
  • Selected in the seventh round, 199th overall, of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft by the Ottawa Senators, becoming the first drafted Sun Devil to not play anywhere collegiately but Arizona State (Wade Murphy transferrred to ASU from North Dakota & was drafted by the Nashville Predators in 2013)
  • Played for the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL in 2015-16, posting a 21-10-5 record with a .904 save percentage and 3.10 goals against average
  • Draws comparisons to New Jersey Devils goaltender Corey Schneider
  • Played three years at the Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Mass; his senior year he posted a 2.00 goals against average and .933 save percentage.
  • Set franchise record with Muskegon for most saves in a single season

Personal: Son of Brian and Daniela Daccord ... father played at Merrimack College from 1983-87 and in the Swiss League ... has one younger brother (Alex) ... Played club tennis and soccer as well through 2015 ... has three citizenships (USA, Canada and Switzerland) & can speak German and Swiss-German ... enjoys golfing and hanging with friends in his free time.
