COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Sun Devil Hockey forward Ryan Kirwan was named NCHC Forward of the Week after tallying five points against Colorado College last weekend. This is the second time Kirwan has won the honor after also earning the nod during Week 12 of the 2024-25 season.
Kirwan notched an assist in Arizona State's 4-1 win against the Tigers on Friday. On Saturday, Kirwan executed a strong offensive showing, scoring two goals and assisting on two more. It was the fifth multi-point game and the fourth multi-goal game for Kirwan on the season.
Through 24 games this season, Kirwan leads the Sun Devils in goals with 16 and points with 26. His 16 goals also leads all skaters in the NCHC. His ten assists ranks fifth on the ASU team. The New York native is on a four-game point streak which includes nine points. He finished the weekend versus the Tigers as a +2 plus/minus.
