No. 8 @SunDevilWGolf Moves into Top Spot on Day 2 of Clover Cup

MESA, Ariz. – After starting the day in second place, No. 8 Arizona State women's golf moved into a tie for the lead with Ohio State after two rounds of play.

"We had a solid day but still left a lot of shots on the course," said head coach Missy Farr-Kaye. "We just need to stay in our process and the outcome will take care of itself. This team is mentally strong and I can't wait to watch them compete tomorrow!"

Olivia Mehaffey also shot up several places and is currently second individually, shooting a 70 in round two, while Sophia Zeeb (T3) and Raquel Olmos (T7) put together another solid round apiece to remain in the top-10.
 
Madison Kerley is just outside the top-10 in a tie for 14th, shooting two strokes better than her first-round score (72), while Roberta Liti shot a 76.
 
Sunday's final round will be a shotgun start beginning at 8 am PT, with the Sun Devils teeing off between hole 1-3. The ASU pairings are below:
